We want you to love what you receive. Here’s how returns work.
Eligibility
Unused products in original, unopened packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Opened skincare and personal-care items generally cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
How to start a return
Contact us at Help & Contact with your order number and reason. We’ll confirm next steps and return instructions.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the return, approved refunds are processed according to your original payment method (or store credit when agreed). Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item was defective or incorrect.
